At Eastgate Family Dental, we believe everyone should have access to excellent dental care — whether or not they have insurance. Our in-house membership plan was built for patients who are self-employed, between jobs, recently retired, or simply tired of paying for insurance that rarely delivers real value.
For one flat annual fee, you get all the preventive care you need to keep your mouth healthy — cleanings, exams, x-rays, and fluoride — plus a 10% discount on all additional treatment. Everything goes directly toward your care. No middlemen. No maximums. No surprises.

Preventive Cleanings
- Removes plaque and tartar that brushing and flossing cannot reach
- Prevents cavities, gum disease, and tooth loss. The most cost-effective dentistry available.
- Adult and Child plans: 2 per year. Perio plan: 4 per year, the clinical standard for patients with active or past periodontal disease.

Comprehensive Exams
- Early detection of cavities, gum disease, cracked teeth, and oral cancer
- Includes a thorough soft tissue evaluation at every visit

No. The membership plan is designed for patients without dental insurance. It cannot be used in combination with dental insurance benefits, and services included in the plan cannot be billed to insurance. If you have insurance that provides meaningful coverage, you likely don't need this plan.
Immediately. The moment you enroll and pay the annual fee, your plan is active. You can schedule your first cleaning and exam the same day if you'd like.
Yes, but each family member needs their own enrollment. We offer the Adult Plan for adults, the Child Plan for ages 0–12, and the Perio Maintenance Plan for patients with a history of periodontal disease. Call us and we'll help you figure out the right combination for your family.
The discount applies to all additional treatment at Eastgate Family Dental that is not already included in your plan. This includes fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, implants, and most other restorative services. Some elective cosmetic procedures are excluded. The 10% discount applies when payment is made in full at the time of service.
Your plan renews annually. We'll notify you when renewal is coming up. There is no automatic renewal charge. You simply re-enroll at the front desk for the new plan year.
Membership fees are non-refundable, and no pro-rated cancellations will be issued once the plan year has begun. Please see our front desk for complete terms and conditions.
